In the early years at JD Institute of Fashion Technology, Mr. Nealesh Dalal played a key role in operations, planning, and managing events. The institute recently received the prestigious ‘Most Prominent & Trusted Design Institute of the Year 2023 India’ at The Elite Architecture & Interior Design Awards & Conference 2023. This accolade stands as a testament to the institution’s unwavering steadfastness to excellence. Notably, Mr. Nealesh Dalal was honoured as a new-age achiever making a positive impact on design and skill education by the Chief Minister of Goa, Shri. Pramod Sawant, at the Sakal Excellence Awards 2022 ceremony.

Mr. Nealesh Dalal’s impact has not been confined to the education sector, he forayed into entrepreneurship. In 1995, fuelled by a vision for staying ahead in the dynamic technological landscape, Mr. Nealesh Dalal founded XLNC InfoTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The company was a testing and repair center specializing in chip-level repairs and solutions. In 1998, he established Oorja, a Shoot Management Agency and the first project the organisation bagged was for BPL. The organisation swiftly made its mark, providing production, advertising, still shoots, and moving ads for leading brands such as Louis Philippe, Peter England, Chennai Super Kings, Jockey, and more. This foray into creative entrepreneurship underscored his ability to navigate both the technical and creative realms of the industry seamlessly.
